Share-alike
The ODbL is share-alike: if you publicly use an adapted version of the database, you must offer that adapted database under the ODbL as well.
A map, a report or an application
Producing a map, a report or an application FROM the data does not oblige you to open that work — the obligation is on the database behind it. Attribution is required either way.
Photographs
Photographs are not part of this database, are not covered by this licence, and are not included in these files at all.
Personal data
No personal data appears in any file or in any API response. The exported fields are listed by name and checked automatically — a dataset does not exist until it has passed that list.
Provenance
Some records originate from OpenStreetMap; the rest were added and verified by the public and by municipalities. The provenance is on every record, in the “source” field.
